Luna Wonder aims to dispatch orders within 3 working days. Please note that this may take longer during busy periods.

We ship all items with proof of postage. Once your parcel has been shipped, Luna Wonder is not responsible for the loss or damage of your items.

If you're concerned that your parcel may get lost in the post, please contact us before placing your order to arrange a tracked and signed service.

RETURNS

Items sold are non-refundable. Faulty items can be exchanged. Please note that "wear and tear" is not considered a fault and we are unable to exchange if you change your mind. We can also offer an exchange for a different size.

FAULTY

If you believe your item to be faulty, you must:

Email [email protected] and provide and image of the faulty item along with a description of the fault.
If we accept your exchange you must return the item within 14 working days of the return confirmation.
Ensure that items are returned in their original packaging.
Ensure that you choose a suitable shipping method. We advise that you choose a tracked service to prevent the loss of items (which Luna Wonder is not responsible for).
If you choose a tracked service please email us the tracking number after dispatching the item.
If you choose a standard service, please email us the proof of postage. However, if the item is lost we cannot be held responsible.
Once we have received your item we will dispatch the exchange item within 7 working days.

Please note that Luna Wonder can decline the exchange of an item if it damaged in the transit, so please take care when packaging your items.

DIFFERENT SIZE

If you wish to exchange your items for a different size you must:

Email [email protected] and state that you would like to exchange for a different size. Please provide the size/measurements required.
If we accept your exchange you must return the item within 14 working days of return confirmation.
Then, please follow the instructions above on how to return your item safely.
